Agreement

By using Yubylo websites or Flynn Forge, users agree to these Terms of Service.

Service description

Yubylo provides software products and public websites. Flynn Forge is a Discord application and bot intended to help server owners and administrators configure and manage community workflows.

Discord relationship

Flynn Forge is not owned by, operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Discord Inc. Discord is a third-party platform. Use of Discord is also governed by Discord's own Terms, policies, and community rules.

User responsibilities

Users and server administrators are responsible for:

• Using the service lawfully
• Having permission to add or configure the bot
• Managing Discord server permissions responsibly
• Reviewing bot permissions before installation
• Complying with Discord rules
• Not abusing the service

Acceptable use

Users may not use Yubylo websites or Flynn Forge for:

• Illegal activity
• Harassment
• Abuse
• Spam
• Attempts to bypass Discord security or platform limits
• Interference with service operation
• Unauthorized access
• Misuse of permissions or automation

Discord permissions

Flynn Forge may require Discord permissions to operate. Server owners and administrators are responsible for reviewing and granting permissions. Flynn Forge may not work correctly if permissions are removed or changed.

Service availability

The service may change over time. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. Yubylo does not provide an uptime guarantee unless separately agreed.

Flynn Forge may rely on Discord, hosting providers, and other third-party systems. Problems with those systems may affect the service.

Termination and removal

Server owners may stop using Flynn Forge by removing the bot from their server. Yubylo may suspend or restrict access for abuse, security risk, policy violations, or service protection.

Disclaimer

Yubylo websites and Flynn Forge are provided as-is. Yubylo aims to provide useful and reliable services, but does not promise that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Yubylo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by service interruption, Discord platform changes, user configuration choices, or third-party systems.

Changes

These Terms may be updated over time. The effective date should be shown on this page. Continued use of Yubylo websites or Flynn Forge after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
